AWA Presents Workshop on Heat Shrink Sleeve Labels
- Published: May 02, 2013
AMSTERDAM, THE NETHERLANDS | AWA Alexander Watson Assoc. announces the third in its series of sleeve label workshops: Introduction to Heat Shrink Sleeve Label Technologies Workshop, June 11–12, Plymouth, MN.
Called an all-round essential briefing, the workshop is supported by leading industry participants Accraply, Esko, Flint Group, and Polysack Flexible Packaging. The workshop will match theory with practical, hands-on demonstrations, as well as a “cures and remedies” discussion between workshop participants and the experts. A key feature is the on-site location of the workshop: day one is at the Flint Group facility, and day two will be held at the Accraply facility, both facilities located in Plymouth.
Program leader Dr. William Llewellyn, VP and senior consultant at AWA, emphasizes the practical nature of the workshop: “With the significant support and participation of leading international companies in this new technology arena, we have been able to create a very special opportunity for anyone who needs or wants to gain a sound education in heat shrink sleeves to benefit from this event.” Space is limited, he adds, and reservations close on May 12.
