New Video: Enercon Employees Share Insights on Why They Recommend Starting a Career at Enercon
- Published: January 17, 2025
Enercon Industries Corporation has unveiled a new video regarding the company’s culture that has fueled its 50 years of success. In this look behind the scenes, Enercon employees share what makes Enercon a special place to work.
“Our employee culture really sets Enercon apart. We look for people who truly care about our customers’ success, and our family ownership truly cares about each of our employees. As we grow, we’re looking for more talented people to join our team and we have an extraordinary environment for them to thrive,” says Ryan Schuelke, President at Enercon.
The video showcases employees reflecting on Enercon's journey in becoming the global leader in induction cap sealing and surface treating technologies, and the company’s commitment to growing the business, including the opening of a New Corporate Headquarters last year. The new facility provides Enercon employees with all the resources they need to serve Enercon customers.
Even the video production crew working on the video took note of Enercon’s culture.
“Employees I spoke with say they go above and beyond to produce the best results for the company and its customers because they know the family-owned business will reciprocate that care with them,” said Ryan Rodig, Senior Storytelling Video Producer of Gillespie Productions. “It was fun witnessing their positive work environment in person, and it was a pleasure to be part of telling the Enercon story.”
