FFTA Registration Numbers Up, Even in Down Economy

RONKONKOMA, NY | The numbers are in and by all accounts, they are pointing in the right direction. With less than two months until show time, registrations for FFTA’s Annual Forum are slightly higher as compared to this time last year, primarily due to a 35% increase in printer/converter and Consumer Products Company (CPC) registrations. FFTA’s INFO*FLEX Exhibition is also seeing positive numbers. Already the show floor is more than 95 percent booked, comprising more companies on the exhibit floor than the 2008 exhibition. Only 10 booths remain.

“We’re pleased that printers and CPCs are seeing the value of the program,” said Mark Cisternino, FTA/FFTA president. “Businesses are watching every dime carefully. One thing that has helped us is the fact that we’ve made it our number-one priority to address the struggles that our member companies are facing in today’s tough economic climate. I think that’s been a driving force behind those who have already made the decision to attend.”
