  • International Paper, Memphis, TN, will invest about $10 million to convert its mill in Bastrop, LA, to 100% market and fluff pulp production. Equipment upgrades are expected to be completed by the fall of 2008. The mill will cease production of uncoated freesheet as well as other specialty papers.
