Webex Lowers Weight of Large Steel Rollers

NEENAH, WI | Webex reports its spoked headers used on steel and stainless steel rollers over 24 in. in dia can lighten roller weight significantly while retaining the strength and performance parameters of a conventional roller design. Spoked headers are ideal for vacuum chamber applications, reportedly eliminating internally trapped air and provide access to plumbing connections inside the roll. Light sheet metal plates typically are used to cover the access openings.
