Pamarco Global Graphics Improves Logistics

ATLANTA, GA | In order to increase efficiency and streamline communications, Pamarco Global Graphics and TOTALogistix have completed a project that will help Pamarco expedite the flow of shipping rates, routes and information into and through Pamarco’s enterprise resource planning system, or ERP. The state-of-the-art integration allows tight coordination of Pamarco’s orders with TOTALaccess, the proprietary TOTALogistix transportation management system.

“This will significantly cut down on the manual exchange of information between Pamarco and TOTALogistix,” said John Mead, director of national accounts for TOTALogistix. The system generates additional benefits for both companies, continued Mead. “Now, we have order-level detail for each shipment, making it easy to cross-reference and validate shipping charges. The real bottom line is improved customer service and support for both our companies.” The data flo ws seamlessly through Pamarco’s ERP, from sales to production, on to billing and accounting.
