Marti Nyman Joins NDC Technologies as President

NDC Technologies, a global provider of productivity enhancing measurement and control solutions, announced that Marti Nyman has joined the company as president and strategic growth leader. Nyman succeeds Dave Roland, who has served as NDC’s president since 2016 and whose tenure contributed a number of improvements towards the advancement of the organization.

Nyman has experience increasing enterprise value for Fortune 500 companies, as well as other publicly and privately held companies in a range of industries. In C-level and other executive positions, Nyman has developed strategic plans to capture growth, built and developed leadership teams, reinvigorated brands, optimized manufacturing operations, architected sales channel alliances and strengthened customer relationships. Through his work, he brings corporate experience, operating discipline and skilled leadership for developing stronger, more vibrant growth organizations.

Nyman was most recently vice president and chief growth officer for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota, responsible for the growth and successful delivery of high-impact innovative products and services for the Minnesota healthcare market. Prior to Blue Cross and Blue Shield, he held executive management positions with UnitedHealth Group, Ulteig, Best Buy, ADC, Ericsson and GE. Nyman is also an instructor at the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management, specializing in graduate studies in leadership, entrepreneurship and business formation.
