Global Paper Solutions Reports Paperboard Benefits

ATLANTA, GA | Global Paper Solutions (GPS), a strategic affiliate of Asia Pulp & Paper (APP), is now that it carrying a new paperboard designated Zenith Hi-Brite Premium, which is said to combine sustainability, quality, and price.

Company says benefits include more product per dollar, a cost-to-yield advantage, multiple point and size options, and quick-turn capabilities.

APP’s machines are able to utilize the same amount of pulpwood in the production process to create a longer sheet, which benefits the environment as well as customers, since the higher yield presents a built-in cost advantage.

Company says produce is attractive and efficient for printing and finishing within the packaging sector. The distinguishing qualities include 94 blue-white brightness, which allows for crisp intricate graphics and laser sharp color print quality for images and visuals.

Fresh roles of the product are stored at eight geographically strategic locations around the US, reportedly making for an expedient order, processing, and just-in-time delivery process.

"A combination of outstanding printability, cost-saving, and quick turn capability is what our customers are demanding and what Zenith Hi-Brite delivers,” says Paresh Patil, director of operations for GPS. “This is a premium paperboard fast becoming a differentiator in the marketplace.”

Zenith Hi-Brite is also FDA compliant, reportedly making it suitable for food and pharmaceutical packaging, and it’s available with an added resistance barrier for 'Quick-Serve' food packaging applications requiring grease resistance.
