Calibration fixture measures UV light source

The SS5107 calibration fixture directly measures ultraviolet-light source performance on light-wand-equipped curing systems. The liquid light guide for these light sources wears out after time. The fixture replaces the light wand so the relationship between ultraviolet intensity from the lamp and ultraviolet intensity at the end of the light wand can be evaluated. This information can help the user avoid premature light-source replacement. The effectiveness of the light wand segment for light-wand-based ultraviolet transmission delivery systems can be monitored with the fixture.
