SpecMetrix systems monitor wet or dry coating thickness as low as 0.5 microns. Can monitor multiple layers of coating (including UV and adhesives) simultaneously on or across a web at up to 20 measurements/sec. System helps manufacturers identify underlying problems with a particular layer within the film stack and generate real-time coating thickness and film weight data in a non-contact, non-destructive manner on a variety of substrates.
