  • Mocon, Minneapolis, MN, manufacturer of instrumentation equipment, breaks ground on a new headquarters building in Neuwied, Germany, for the Lippke division. The 8,400-sq-ft structure, located within a mile of the present facility, will offer 50% more space.

  • Mesirow Financial, Chicago, IL, serves as exclusive financial advisor to Hamilton Paper Box, Hamilton, ON, Canada, in its recent sale to Rosmar Litho, Baie d'Urfe, QC, Canada.

  • Interfilm Holdings, Easley, SC, begins construction on a new corporate office and southeast converting facility. The 90,000-sq-ft building, located about two miles from the existing location, is expected to be completed by Q4 2008.

  • DuraCorp., Lewis Center, OH, changes its name to SOLUT! The company, which provides thermoformed paper products, says the name is derived from the word “solutions.”
