Nashua Label Products Label$Dollars Agreement to Deliver Instant Savings to Supermarket Consumers

Nashua Corp. reports it has signed an agreement with Denver, CO-based Label$Dollars Inc., an in-store consumer promotion company. According to Nashua, the agreement enables its label products div. and Label$Dollars to offer consumer products goods (CPG) manufacturers and supermarket retailers' in-store, redeemable coupons for supermarket meat, deli, and bakery products.

EDI Awarded US Defense Contract to Develop Process for Low-Cost Films

Extrusion Dies Industries (EDI) LLC reports it's been awarded a $3.1 million (USD) defense contract by the US federal government. Under the terms of the contract, EDI—a supplier of flat die systems for extrusion and web converting—will develop a process to produce low-cost, electrolyte and cathode films for batteries that power electronic devices used by soldiers.
