Inland Finalizes Acquisition of Valley Label

LA CROSSE, WI | Inland, a provider of solutions for food, beverage, and consumer product packaging, announces the acquisition of Valley Label in Neenah, WI. The acquisition follows the recent addition of a flexographic facility in Pennsylvania last October.

Mark Glendenning, CEO and owner of Inland, says, "While the acquisition last fall was focused on supporting our rapid growth in the pressure-sensitive category, the purchase of Valley Label is motivated by growth in the flexible packaging market, in addition to expanding our shrink and roll-fed label capabilities."

Valley Label, a flexographic printer of flexible packaging, p-s, shrink, and roll-fed labels, was founded in 2000. The company employs 35 people at its 48,400-sq-ft facility in Neenah.

Inland plans to capitalize on the newly acquired company by maintaining and growing existing business, with future plans to include new business. The plant will serve as an addition to Inland's three facilities in La Crosse and one facility in Downingtown, PA.
