Pulse Generation Kit for Many Uses

The terahertz (THz) pulse generation kit uses a sub-35-fs Ti:sapphire amplifier system. Kit can be integrated with a Ti:sapphire amplifier to generate terahertz pulses that can be further used for linear, nonlinear, and time-resolved spectroscopy applications. Uses include characterization of nanomaterials, biomolecular spectroscopy, and detecting security-sensitive explosives.
