Targeted for delicatessens and supermarkets, Atlantica bags from Alpem, Reims, France, are designed for wrapping fresh fish, seafood, meats, cold cuts, cheese, and other perishable products. They feature a quick closure system that provides a tight seal so liquids and odors are kept inside. The bags help prevent cross-contamination in shopping bags during transport and are constructed in a manner similar to a packaging envelope.
