Evonik Goldschmidt to Increase Prices for Organics and Silicones

HOPEWELL, VA | Evonik Goldschmidt Corp.’s Industrial Specialties and Household Care business lines will increase list and off list prices for products marketed in North America, effective Oct. 1, 2008. Silicone surfactants and specialty silicone additives will increase up to $0.50/lb depending on the product. Organic products, including quaternary compounds, surfactants, amine derivatives and specialty organic additives, will increase up to $0.30/lb depending on the product. Select products will be subject to higher increases.
