Garrett Taylor Honored with FTA’s 2026 President’s Award

The Foundation of Flexographic Technical Association  recognizes SOMA North America’s Garrett Taylor for advancing flexography.

The FTA named Garrett Taylor, Sales Director of SOMA North America, as the recipient of the 2026 President’s Award at FTA’s FORUM INFOFLEX during the Awards Banquet on Sunday, April 26, 2026, recognizing outstanding leadership, volunteerism and commitment to advancing the flexographic industry. 

Taylor was selected for his strong support of industry education, collaboration and innovation, as well as his ongoing contributions to FTA programs and initiatives. He has played a key role in strengthening partnerships between the association and the Flexo Xperience Center, helping expand opportunities for hands-on training and real-world learning experiences. 

Known for his collaborative mindset and proactive approach, Taylor has contributed to advancing key initiatives such as FIRST training and industry knowledge sharing, while actively supporting FTA events and technical programming. 

“Garrett is a tremendous partner and advocate for the FTA. His commitment to supporting both the association and the broader flexographic community is evident in everything he does,” said FTA President Nathan Ridnouer.
