Demand Rising for UV Ray LED and ARC UV Curing Solutions

UV-Lamps CCP, UV Ray’s distribution partner in Spain, has reported record sales of UV Ray LED and arc UV curing systems in 2025, with 10 systems and 80 UV/LED heads sold for flexographic, sheetfed, and offset presses.
The installations included a combination of new systems, press retrofits, and hybrid configurations featuring UV Ray’s MaxLED modules and Atom and Maxwell UV arc lamps with dichroic reflectors on Bobst, Miyakoshi, Wanjie, and Gidue equipment. UV Ray’s MaxLED system and two custom-designed Goliath reflectors were also installed on a Koenig & Bauer Rapida 105 cm sheetfed press.
