Finzer Roller Inc Acquires Assets of RotaDyne

Finzer Roller Inc. headquartered in Des Plaines, Ill., announced that on August 28 it acquired certain assets of Rotation Dynamics Corporation “RotaDyne”, headquartered in Romeoville, Ill. With the addition of the RotaDyne facilities, Finzer Roller now has 12 U.S. facilities, all focused on manufacturing of rubber and urethane covered rollers.

Finzer Roller can provide access to an expanded line of roller products and services.

With its size and over fifty years of industry experience, the company offers an expansive selection of roller solutions, making Finzer Roller a one-stop roller resource. Besides the “Film” industry, Finzer Roller provides roll solutions to a number of market segments including Steel, Glass, Wood, and Corrugated box companies.

Finzer Roller has seven manufacturing facilities located in Arkansas, Florida, Illinois, Minnesota, New York, North Carolina, and Pennsylvania.
