Constantia Flexibles Rebrands Label Division
- Published: April 23, 2015
VIENNA, AUSTRIA | Constantia Flexibles Labels Division reports that all of its operating units have been re-branded collectively as Constantia Flexibles effective immediately. The historical business names including Grafo Regia, Haendler & Natermann (and Constantia Label), Novis, Sim’Edit, Spear, CM Labels, and H&N Suzhou will continue to be used as site designations, but the company name and brand message is Constantia Flexibles.
The Labels Division’s revenues are in excess of €485 million and it includes more than 2,000 employees. It operates 19 global facilities including locations in Belgium, Canada, China, France, Germany, Malaysia, Mexico, Romania, the United Kingdom, US, and South Africa. Product offerings include wet-glue paper, pressure-sensitive, shrink, wrap-around, foil, lid labeling, and reseal packaging. Verstraete is included in Constantia Flexibles’ Labels Division but will continue to operate under its existing name due to its unique in-mold product offering and market specific branding.
Mike Henry, executive VP, heads the labels division, which has been organized into the regions of Americas, Europe, and Asia-Pacific. He says, “It’s critical that the labels division work together as one if we are to be successful. We have an extensive product portfolio and global footprint that offers a clear and simple vision or interaction with our customers. With the continued consolidation in the FMCG market and associated centralized focus on global brands, there are benefits to everyone if we present a consistent, clear image to the customer.”
