NEW ORLEANS, LA—Blanchard Systems has been appointed master distributor for Dalim Software products in North America, supporting a network of resellers in the United States and Canada. The company is responsible for channel development and support and training, as well as customer technical support and operator training. In preparation of the company's new assignment, Blanchard has methodically put in place a complete support infrastructure, ramping up its internal communications and breadth of technical expertise. In addition to building a Web support portal for resellers and customers, the company is providing back-up support for installation and training.
