APPLETON, WI | Appleton Mfg Div. announces it maintains a staff of customer service and technical support staff readily available to assist any of its customers by phone or email at no charge. Appleton’s service staff is available to owners of Appleton Mfg. Div. equipment, whether they purchased the equipment new from Appleton or used from another source.

Through free, lifetime phone and email support, Appleton Mfg Div. reports its service staff will work to diagnose problems and provide their customers with solutions. If this is not possible via phone or email, field service technicians reportedly can quickly and efficiently fix any core cutter problem on location for a fee. While at a customer’s facility, operators can also be trained on best practices and ask technical questions.

The company claims to maintain a complete library of paperwork for each of the core cutters manufactured since the company began manufacturing over 50 years ago.
