2007 PIA/GATF Color Management Conference

PRESS RELEASE

ROCHESTER, NY | Several Kodak speakers will take the stage to share insights on the importance of color management across all markets at the 2007 PIA/GATF Color Management Conference Dec. 9-11 in Phoenix.

In his session, “Kodak-Color: It’s What We Do,” Chuck Nordeen, product manager, Color Products and Services, Kodak’s Graphic Communications Group, will discuss Kodak’s technologies and methodologies for helping businesses achieve quality color from concept to completion.

Bob Pirie, senior systems engineer, Kodak, also will present at the conference, speaking on monitor and inkjet proofing. He’ll review both technologies and give advice on how to successfully apply each.

William Li, color technology manager and chair of the International Color Consortium on behalf of Kodak, is a member of the “Expanded Gamut Printing” session moderated by Dave Hunter of Pilot Marketing. Li will comment on the flexographic industry’s move to seven-color process and how the rules of assessing color reproduction quality are being reevaluated.

All attendees at the 2007 PIA/GATF Color Management Conference will receive a CD of the entire program, courtesy of Kodak. For more information, visit colormanagementconference.com.
