MONTVALE, NJ and PRATO, ITALY—Galileo Vacuum Systems reports it has expanded its relationship with ei3 and now offers its customers in North and South America technical support 24 hr/day, 7 days/wk. According to Galileo, this new round-the-clock plan will help customers improve equipment uptime, performance, protection, and cost savings.

In this way, equipment problems are diagnosed and solved as quickly as if a Galileo engineer were onsite at the customer’s facility, " adds Galileo.
