Drytac Expands Custom Sheeting Service

TORONTO, CANADA | Drytac, an international manufacturer of self-adhesive materials for the print, label, and industrial markets, has boosted its converting capabilities with the addition of a new German-made, high quality sheeter at its Canadian manufacturing plant.

“We always look for ways to better serve our customers. Additional in-house on-demand sheeting means more convenience and faster delivery times for our customers,” says Paul Vanderweide, VP of Operations at Drytac Canada. “With this new machine, we can efficiently cut a wide range of customized sizes, including sheets up to 62 in. wide by 10 ft long. This is a great new addition to our custom converting services.”

The company has offered custom rolls sizes for the past 40 years and says the new sheeter has been added to meet the growing demand for custom sheet sizes of SpotOn and ViziPrint self-adhesive window products, fueled by the growth of high-volume, sheet-fed printing presses. Polar and ReTac self-adhesive print vinyls will also benefit from this new custom sheet service.
