Data Collection Assn. Targets AIM Site

PITTSBURGH, PA, USA—AIM, Inc., (the Association for Automatic Identification and Data Capture Technologies) reports the launch of its new web site. According to AIM, the site is targeted as "a primary vehicle for our stature as the place for AIDC technologies and solutions around the world."

Says the global trade assn. of its redesigned site: "The clean new look and drop-down menus will help our growing audience get needed information as quickly as possible. Visitors are channeled to either technology or solutions information…; additionally, we have elevated the stature of our affiliate partners around the world as our site continues to attract an international audience."

Adds AIM: "The launch features 'a new site search' that allows visitors to do key word searches at the opening page or from anywhere on the site. The members-only area continues to evolve and [is] a key touch point for all AIM members."
