All journals and bearing surfaces are repaired to OEM tolerances, and roll body is cylindrically ground to tolerances of +-0.0005 to remove existing chrome. Body is repaired if needed and re-chrome plated and polished to original surface finish. Rolls can be reverse engineered from samples or manufactured from customers’ drawings.
