Food Safety Expert to Address Conference

ANN ARBOR, MI | NSF Intl. food safety expert Robert Prevendar will address the 2012 Global Food Safety Conference, scheduled for February 15, 16, and 17 at the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress in Orlando, FL. Prevendar will be part of a panel addressing “Packaging Standards and their Impact on the Food Industry.”
He will be joined by other food safety and packaging experts:
• Tod F. Eberle, VP of quality and engineering at Amcor Rigid Plastics (USA)
• Marc Cwikowski, director of Food Safety & Supplier Quality at The Coca-Cola Co. (Belgium)
• LeAnn Chuboff, senior technical director at Safe Quality Foods Inst. (SQFI) (USA)
• Joanna Griffiths, technical packaging manager at British Retail Consortium (BRC) Global Standards (UK)
Prevendar, director of Supply Chain Food Safety at NSF, has more than 20 years of public health and food safety experience, including work in regulatory agencies, training, auditing, consulting, operations, and program management.
