Mid-Gloss Strengthened

Raflacoat Plus is upgraded version of company's mid-gloss paper. Machine-coated 80-g stock is said to be stronger and more rigid, meaning less downtime, less waste, and faster conversion speeds. Even printing surface reportedly contributes to a precise and consistent print quality. Suitable for all conventional printing methods, paper has increased opacity and higher degree of print contrast to provide brighter colors and better printing definition.

Films Aid Product Identity

Brushcal lines for domed labeling are offered in a variety of colors and textures, including silver and brushed silver. Film can be used to match the look and feel of a product such as a stainless steel appliance and can be developed specifically to meet the performance needs of OEMs and brand owners. Sheet Envelopes in Small Space

Envelope sheeter is offered in widths to 57 in. and can run at speeds to 1,000 fpm while maintaining tolerances of ±0.015-in. length accuracy. Compact size requires minimal floor space and only one operator. Various stacker configurations are available, permitting lengths to 65 in. to be sheeted. Normally outfitted with four shafted rollstands for short runs and individual decurling units to minimize waste, unit is capable of cutting to eight rolls at a time.
