FARMINGDALE, NY, USA — Seal-It Inc. has developed a shrink label for Galliker Dairy for the introduction of its Looney Tunes single-serve 2% milk product. (Looney Tunes characters, names, and all related indicia are trademarks of Warner Bros.) This new easy-to-hold bottle with graphics designed to appeal to children and adults features Looney Tunes characters such as Bugs Bunny, Tweety Bird, Tazmanian Devil, Wile E. Coyote, and Bugs & Loyola. Galliker is introducing three unique flavors, banana, orange cream, and vanilla shake, and two standard flavors, chocolate and strawberry. The shrink labels for all five flavors are rotogravure printed in ten colors on heat-shrink PVC. The 360-deg label has room for graphics, nutritional facts, and a bar code, and shrinks to the curves of the bottle. The glossiness of the label and the colorful and familiar graphics reportedly make this a product that “pops off the shelf.”
