Second Moisture Tech for Acucote

GRAHAM, NC | Acucote has bought a Moisture Tech steam moisturizing system from Qualitek for use on a silicone coater. The unit complements a system that was installed on an adhesive coating line in 2008. Paul Sanborn, VP of manufacturing, says, “The first Moisture Tech system exceeded our expectations in terms of the moisture addition capacity at higher line speeds. It has proven to be trouble-free and reliable and improved our capability in curl control.”
