Sensor Agreement Is Reported

TWINSBURG, OH | Pepperl+Fuchs, Mannheim, Germany, has signed an agreement with Siemens Industry Automation Div., Nuremburg, Germany, to acquire Siemens' binary proximity sensor business. The acquisition is expected to be finalized effective June 30, and Siemens will continue to accept, support, and execute all orders for Siemens proximity sensors until the transfer is complete.
