Looking for reader feedback on Extruder Manufacturers

If you feel comfortable doing this, please e-mail me with the names of your favorite extruder suppliers, and why.  If you wish, you may include your list of least favorite, and why.  I will assemble these and publish them once enough info has been compiled.  I'm very curious what the industry thinks of US manufacturers vs European one, and also Far East manufacturers with US one.  No names or comments will be associated with any manufacturer, and the sources will never be revealed. 

Please indicate industry or product type, for example cast sheet or cast film, etc, so I can properly categorize the list.  Extruder manufacturers are very welcome to send me new updates, patents, developments, etc.
