Flexotecnica Demonstrates Chronos Press

TAVAZZANO, ITALY—Flexotecnica will have a 52-inch-wide, eigt-color Chronos sleeved gearless press available for print demonstrations March 28-30, 2007, at its global headquarters in Tavazzanao, Italy, about 20 min. outside of Milan. The Chronos is available on a first-come, first-served basis for May 2007 shipment and has been one of Flexotecnica's most popular presses to date.

Features include a maximum printing width of 50 inches and maximum web width of 52 inches, as well as a repeat range from 14.6 inches to 31.5 inches at speeds up to 1,150 fpm. The Chronos has a drying tunnel at 16 nozzles, with ladder, walkways, and electrical controls contrainer; an AVT PrintVision Prelude video camera for web inspection and auto register control; Speedy Clean automatic wash-up system; and a Fifie edge guiding system.
